Job requirements

To thrive as their new go-to for all things US-based Customer Success, you’ll have experience, skills and the attitude which fit the following:

  • Relish nurturing client relationships by phone and email

  • Support client queries for help with their business plans and questions such as 'What do you think of this pivot?’

  • Know what to say and do if you don’t know the answer and it doesn’t include blagging it!

  • Need to enjoy speaking with (and have experience working with) customers and helping to resolve issues, with the ability to think on your feet

  • Naturally proactive and switched on to confidently support customers and be happy with working on the phone

  • This isn't your next career move if you’re looking for a slow-paced, open-plan office with loads of downtime.
